Originally set up to consult in the small to medium enterprise market on I.C.T. services but due to owner Antonio’s love for all things technology it grew to be more hands on.

The more he worked with clients the more he realized that various players in the market were working exclusively in one area of expertise even though technology was evolving, and the internet was bringing all these technologies together. This made implementing or troubleshooting various items difficult as the different companies weren’t working together but rather pointing the finger as to why things didn’t work.

Tech Support was created to break boundaries and connect these new various technologies which are now referred to as the IoT (Internet of Things).

From creating a backbone network to connecting these technologies together to communicate seamlessly and efficiently to the owner’s smart device or laptop, we want to simplify the solution for you the client.

Tech Support can consult with you on your Technology goals then help create a plan to achieve your goal. All hardware can be sourced at competitive prices and installed by the same team, making sure you get the right solution.

Tech Support is based in Levin, in the Horowhenua region which means we can support clients across the central North Island. Currently we have clients outside of this area and can remotely support anyone using TeamViewer for any I.T. related issues.
